Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by The Dungeon Inc. within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay for the return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.).
You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks after receipt of the return to The Dungeon Inc. In many cases you will receive the refund much sooner, and this time frame may include the time taken to return your item. You will be notified via email when your refund has been sent out to you. All returns must include the Order Number, and clearly state your name, and the item being returned in the return request to avoid any further delays.
There are some items we will NOT take back. Items that cannot be returned include opened sterile needle packs, which are packaged individually. If you receive a damaged needle pack, we can exchange it, although USED needles are never resold, and cannot be returned for refund. We take great care to avoid any contamination of blood born diseases. All STERILE materials that have been opened will be eligible for exchange only.
We are very careful in safely packing your order, and do our best to see that your purchase goes smoothly and without damages. Unfortunately, we can not always foresee an issue with the mailing process, and will be more than happy to exchange an item when possible.
